because just like Xbox, WII etc.. they are a game company and need to make money to pay their employees.. but unlike Xbox and WII.. you CAN actually play this game if you want for free.. You have to buy Xbox, WII etc.. games in order to play at all..
I had the honey apple crisp tree for weeks by completing the lighhouse cove bonus mission, and now they are selling it for farmcash, heck I could not get the seedlings from it, it was differnet trees, maybe now we cna actually get the right tree now,

i agree most people dont have fv cash coins are better but you have to pay in order for some to continue for free.
